Croatian government officials announced today that Andrej Plenkovic, Prime Minister of Croatia has tested positive for coronavirus.
The Prime Minister is in a 10-day self-quarantine after his wife had a mild fever and tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday. He tested negative back then.
„Urmând recomandările epidemiologilor, prim-ministrul Andrej Plenkovic a efectuat luni un nou test pentru prezența coronavirusului, iar testul său a fost pozitiv”, a spus guvernul într-un comunicat de presă.
„În prezent se simte bine, iar premierul continuă să-și îndeplinească activitățile și responsabilitățile de acasă și va urma toate instrucțiunile medicilor și epidemiologilor”, a spus guvernul.
